Marstark IT Service is registered in the Netherlands and acts as the controller of personal data collected through marstark.com. For privacy enquiries, contact privacy@marstark.com.

2. What Data We Collect

• Contact form data — name, email address, company name, phone number
• Analytics data — anonymised browsing behaviour via Google Analytics 4
• Cookie data — preference and consent records
• Marketing enquiry data — information you provide when requesting a quote or strategy call

3. Why We Collect It

We use your data to respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, maintain website security, and (with your explicit consent) send marketing communications.

• Legitimate interest — responding to enquiries you initiate
• Consent — analytics cookies and marketing communications
• Contract — delivering services to clients
• Legal obligation — invoicing and tax records (Dutch law)

5. How We Store & Protect It

Data is stored on EU-based servers with TLS/SSL encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and regularly reviewed. We never sell or rent your personal data.

6. Data Retention

• Enquiry data — 3 years from last contact
• Client data — duration of contract + 7 years (Dutch tax law)
• Marketing data — until you unsubscribe or 2 years of inactivity, whichever comes first

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@marstark.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Google Analytics 4 (analytics), HubSpot (CRM), and email-marketing tooling. All providers are GDPR-compliant and covered by signed Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
